Returns
While every artwork is crafted with care and intention, we only accept returns if the order is incorrect. Please inspect your artwork upon arrival, and if there’s an issue, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ensure the matter is handled promptly and with care.
Exchanges
Each original artwork is a unique creation, intended to bring a one-of-a-kind energy to your space. For this reason, all sales of original artwork are final. Please contact us if you have any questions before making your purchase.
Cancellations
All sales are final, and we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase, as each artwork is created with intention and care.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked "Delivered" but hasn’t arrived, double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email. If the incorrect address was entered, we are unable to replace your order for free, though we are happy to forward any packages that are returned to us. You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. If the address is correct, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as we are unable to resolve lost or stolen package issues.
