Returns
Every artwork is created with care and intention, so I only accept returns if the order arrives incorrect. Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives, and let me know within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue. I’ll resolve it quickly and with care.
Exchanges
Whether it’s an original or a print, every artwork I create is one of a kind, carrying its own story and energy. Because of that, all sales are final. If you’d like more details or reassurance before purchasing, just contact me - I’ll gladly walk you through anything you’d like to know.
Cancellations
All sales are final, and I’m not able to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please take your time choosing and feel confident before completing your purchase - each artwork is created with intention and care, and I want you to feel excited about bringing it home.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package shows as "Delivered" but hasn’t arrived, start by double-checking the shipping address in your confirmation email. If the address entered was incorrect, I can’t replace the order for free, but I’ll gladly forward any packages that get returned to me (you’ll just cover the extra shipping).
If the address was correct, the quickest way to resolve the issue is by contacting the shipping carrier directly, since I’m not able to track or resolve lost or stolen packages from my side.
